"When we arrived, we found that the manager had booked us into the Banquet room and not a regular room. We had to be put in a King room, and were given a cot as there where three adults. The cot was not as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. The only remedy offered was a different cot for the second night. The hotel was full and noisy. We will not be staying there again."
